Hotmap of Mills Park
Mills Park is named after the Mills family, which owned the land and the Farson/Mills House located on the northeast corner of this seven acre parcel near central Oak Park. The house is better known by the name "Pleasant Home", taken from its location at the corner of Pleasant Street and Home Avenue.

Mills Park is a great place for an early morning stroll, afternoon picnic, or a game of Frisbee. To prove that some things never change, and maybe were even better in our grandparents day, check out the industrious Oak Parker's in this historic view of the park.
