SymphonyOPRF.com was designed and programmed by TenorPosaune Web Development. It is compliant with the World Wide Web Consortium's recommendations, including XHTML 1.1, CSS 2.1, and WAI-II. The clientside scripting was written in ECMA-262 compliant Javascript, and the back-end software was written in PHP 4 with a MySQL database.

All browsers that support international standards will display this site correctly. Some browsers that support these standards are Mozilla Firefox, Safari, and Opera. Microsoft Internet Explorer is not compliant, but this page has been modified to display properly in it anyway.
