Manley Stacey Civil War Letters

   October 24, 1862 (to Father)

Camp Douglas Parents.  We escorted it to the    
Chicago Illinois Depot & there Guarded it, until    
  it was put on the Train.  It

used me just right in not like dropping away, so soon. when    
writing before, but I suppose they arrived here.  He weighed
