Manley Stacey Civil War Letters

   November 9, 1862 (to Father)

Camp Douglas few days about our being ex-    
Chicago Illinois changed, for my part, I wish

Dear Father money, it is just like this.  With    
I received your welcome out Butter we could do nothing with    
letter today, while on Guard & now out it.  It is impossible to live on this
