Oak Park, situated 9 miles west of downtown Chicago, is best known for its many Prairie Style houses designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, as the birthplace of Ernest Hemingway, and the hometown of many celebrated citizens. Explore and discover online with us our progressive primary and secondary schools, the excellent public library, and the many other inviting facets of our "Village on the Net."
